POSITION SUMMARY:
Our examiner is responsible for the day-to-day examination of title files. S/He reviews compiled information pertaining to the subject property and then utilizes codes to properly identify each item to be disclosed on the preliminary report.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Coordinates title plant operations with the title department, customer service, sales, and outside services, as needed

Maintains records of information gathered related to properties

Reports research findings to appropriate personnel

Performs any other duties delegated by management

Adheres to company policies and guidelines
EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in the land title industry is required.
EDUCATION:
A high school diploma is required. Some college preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, INSURANCE:
No certifications, licenses, or insurance are required.
KNOWLEDGE:
Must have an understanding of title operations.
